Okay, I'm just saying I went from having a multi-thousand item store(little over 3k) 2 years ago with nothing but bad slow selling items that people didn't want, averaging 7 sales/day to a store with under 1000 items that are desirable, good, quick selling items averaging 10 or more sales/day. My max promoted is 5% and 70% of my sales are organic. In fact this month I have not promoted any items listed in November and they are selling quickly with no issue and %0 promoted.
You don't need to promote your items at high percentages to get sales. You need better items. If you promote your items at a high percentage and your traffic goes up but your sales don't, that should very very clearly tell you that your items are the issue, not eBay.
I guess I will never understand why sellers don't even want to TRY and source better items instead continuing to source/sell the same items that don't sell but then blame eBay.
I figured out the problem a while ago and that problem was me. I fixed that and here we are. Been great and continues to get better.
