drafts and create a copy feature

The "create a copy" feature on my drafts page has disappeared. Any suggestions?

I don't even try to do anything seller-related on the mobile app, so can't speak to the experience there.

I did try on both Chrome and Firefox, so doesn't seem to be a specific browser that might make it go missing.
