did ebay just accept a best offer for me automatically?

i just declined an offer from a buyer and then within a hour ebay says i accepted the same buyers slightly higher offer. is this correct or am i on drugs. it wouldn supprise me if this was another one of ebays slaps in the face of sellers.

Do you have automated 'accept/decline' checked in your listing? (whether you know it or not?)
