Try clicking on the link to get an account manager.  Your limited to items worth less than $500 if shipping to the US without one.

Selling and shipping an item of that value on eBay is risky in itself but to another country?  Highly risky.  Too many things can go wrong and eBay is not only protecting you from being scammed out of thousands of dollars, they are also protecting themselves from not being left holding the bag for any reason. 

For that kind of money, I would only sell it in person, for cash.
