Problem with managed account

A friend of mine sent me an invite to his account. I tried to get back to my account but i get an error from Ebay 

Something went wrong. We're sorry. Please try again later. Now i can´t get back to my account ... I only have acces in the app but not in my laptop

Update : i removed myself from that account 😞 . I have to ask my friend to give me access but i guess it will happen again. The switch does not work

Assuming you’re talking about the Team Access feature, is your eBay account set up using the same email address that he is sending the invitation to?

 

I set it up from a separate account and email address when I used it, so that it wouldn’t interfere with my main account.

No, and in fact it’s recommended that you set up a separate account for that.

 

Before you send an invitation, consider creating new eBay accounts to manage specific aspects of your business. For example, if you're inviting an employee to access your account, they could create a new eBay account that will only be used to perform tasks for your business. This will avoid any confusion with their personal buying or selling activity.”

Problem with managed account

I was able to do it , owner gave me full access . For some reason i can´t finish or delete listings. Option is there but i get a pop up in blanck. Already deleted blocking ads , deleting cookies , tried differnt browsers (firefox, safari) and nothing. Do you know something about this?

I get the same thing when I try to end a listing. When I look at the Team Access permissions that can be enabled, that's not actually one of them.  I suspect it's either intentionally not enabled for now, or else was an oversight. 

 

Here's the list of currently supported features:

You can choose to grant any of the following selling permissions:

Create and edit drafts
Publish and revise listings
View orders
Download order report
Add shipping tracking
Print shipping labels
Research products using Product Research
Manage refunds, requests and disputes
Create and manage promotions, buyer groups
Create and manage advertising campaigns
Manage member to member messages
