have been selling for almost 20 years and now i cant list items for auction or my auto relist items dont. have a high service metrics ratings and 100% feedback. customer service has been no help, does anyone have a contact that can help? what in the world is going on?
It could be your computer if it is rather old. You shouldn't have a problem to continue listing auctions. And the platform for listing auctions now has changed a bit. So maybe your old drafts don't work. I had to change everything with the new format. I did a new draft and then had to do another new draft and them proof read them for them to be OK. Usually I am told when a listing won't go through by eBay. I suggest doing a new auction listing from scratch to see what happens.
