Hello, I sent a shipment to a buyer using economic shipping, then I added the shipment’s tracking number to my list, but after three days, the shipping company told me that economic shipping is not available to the buyer’s country, so I sent the shipment using DHL express shipping, and I obtained a second tracking number for the shipment. Now, can I add the second tracking number to my list without registering a late shipping defect on my account because I ship within two business days?

You simply locate the item you sold in your orders view. There should be an edit button next to the current tracking number. Click that and change the number to the one you used to ship the package.
