I am Planning to sell the old  items . so do i need to take business license  .

It's not a prerequisite, if that's what you mean.

Because of changes in tax laws you might want to consult a tax professional.

Lots of gray area IRS rules subject to interpretation.  Also check with your State Treasurer and taxing authority for your city and county.

That would depend upon whether the jurisdiction you are subject to (country, province, state, city, etc.) requires you to have a business license.

You are registered in the United States.  Sellers registered in the United States are not usually required to have a business license.

However, it might not be a bad idea for you to check out the Seller School, or at least read every bit of information you can find about selling on eBay.

Ebay doesn't require it, but you might check with your city and state.

Some cities want you to buy a permit to sell online.
