Returns Accepted on All My Listing Changed from Does Not Accept Returns

I just noticed that all of my listings have been changed to accept returns. I tried to change it, but it won't change. Anyone else have this problem - is this a technical issue or has Ebay changed their policy?

Can't generally scan form???

Atleast 3 times a week I receive this error. Then I just drop my items off and my lazy post office doesn't scan my packages until they move to another city. I'd wait in line but there is always only 1 window open with 75 people in line.

so ive sold over a few items the past week that should total up to 237$ but it shows in my funds I've only got 205$ where's my other 32$ going and I've noticed this before that I don't get all the money im suppose to.

Why is there still no "Printer Friendly" version of the Transaction Details page?
