why you allow customers to do INAD on used items. and then mark me up 5% on evey item i sell in the future? Is this because of the customers NOT understanding of my descriptions or is this because I cant describe the item in terms the customer can understand? and you are charging me for items that the customer is happy with for the next month thats going to be 1000$'s of dollars in fees on items the customer is happy with all because of INAD which is customer opinions. and striging sellers along.. this INAD is never ending. it wont end.. it will always be customers doing INAD no matter what.. so unless you have large succesful business off of ebay to cover this type of policies. no way can small time selling used items make it on ebay. plain and simple.

Never ending INAD's is certainly not a good thing. There could be many reasons but I'd first suggest "as-is" and "parts only" does not pair well with No Returns. If a buyer receives junk they have to file INAD or they are absolutely stuck with it. I would suggest offering free return so they don't resort to the dark side. I would also be wary of used electronics that are non-working. It's just too risky.

@3bpc-support an additional 5 or 6% may be the least of your worries.

137 positive, 9 neutral 16 negative. INAD above threshold.
You probably need to work on fixing things. Many unhappy customers.

Items damaged in shipping and wrong items sent are both legitimate INAD's. Being pre-owned doesn't negate that. Your buyers deserve to get what they paid for.

why you allow customers to do INAD on used items.
Because used items (as well as new items) can be not as described.
it wont end.. it will always be customers doing INAD no matter what.. so unless you have large succesful business off of ebay to cover this type of policies. no way can small time selling used items make it on ebay. plain and simple.
The rest of us "small time sellers" don't have the same problem as you.
You have 9 neutrals and 16 negatives in the last 12 months.
Are all those customers lying?
Perhaps you're doing something wrong?

I would guess the penalty is not only for INAD reasons..........but for Out of stock........at least considering these 6 responses to negs:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced recently. Regrettably, we found ourselves unprepared for the overwhelming surge of orders during this holiday season, coupled with being understaffed. As a result, some orders had to be canceled, while others experienced delays. We want to assure you that all affected orders have been promptly refunded. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, as we work diligently to enhance our processes for future orders.

Probably because used can still be described inaccurately or incompletely.
Otherwise sellers could list a Rolex and ship a Timex.

Uh, judging from your sold items you experienced no "overwhelming surge of orders during this holiday season".

Your descriptions could use some work.
Your wallets say great condition, but the photos show some damage on the pink one and nothing mentioned about it in your description.
