active listing

I listed an item, and on the listing it shows as active.  On my ebay it shows I have 1 active listing.

When I search for the item (no matter how I search for it) it is not there.  If I try to search by item number ebay says no exact matches found.  Does anybody know what is going on or had a similar problem?  The item is a video card so not like its a questionable item

It could take 24-48 hours for it to show up in searches.

I listed a item one month ago. I went in as a buyer looking for this item. I spent 20 minutes looking for the item. I could not find it anywhere. I used all the right keywords and double checked everything and still I could not find it.  When I look at my active listings, the item is right there with a few views.  Ebay's search engine is in such a state of disarray, it is amazing we are selling anything
