I have been a long term seller with 100% feedback. In October I was diagnosed with lung cancer and because of same unable to post anything. I was notified my lack of postings caused my account to be suspended and can no longer post. I've appealed the decision, but only get the rules about maintaining levels of posts. I am now much better, and able to sell again, but eBay won't budge, Any ideas??

I've never heard of a lack of postings causing your account to be suspended. Did you have orders that you didn't ship during that time? That's far more commonly the reason for suspension in situations like this.
Hope you're doing ok! I don't think you're likely to get eBay to change their mind, though, so you probably have to look into other selling venues.

Did you have monthly eBay Store fees and did you not pay them?
Outstanding fees of any kind from the pat will do it.
Just a thought.

I'm sorry you were sick but being better is always the best news.
"I was diagnosed with lung cancer and because of same unable to post anything."
By post do you mean you were unable to ship? EBay does not look the other way in such situations and it may be time to jump into other venues.
"I've appealed the decision, but only get the rules about maintaining levels of posts."
I've never heard anything about level of posts and selling ability. Could you copy the email as there may be another interpretation.

No fees of any kind. They said in "small print" of our agreement, we have to maintain timely posts . No shipments and my last sales were completed.

By timely "posts" do you mean shipping/posting the items you sold, or actually the listing itself? There's no penalty for not listing.

I'm so sorry about your health issue, but it sounds like it is resolved and you are moving in the right direction. I just want to wish you good health and peace in the future.
I've never heard of such a thing with ebay, but if that's what they say is the reason, I guess you can't fight it if it their policy. Their loss.
There are quite a few other platforms that you can find to sell on. I hope that you find the right fit for you and have a prosperous future.

So so glad you have recovered well enough to once again take on regular activities!
Hate to say that eBay does not make exceptions, even for life-threatening illness.

There is probably an inactivity clause where after a certain time of lack of activity they freeze your account. When you say you appealed this decision did you just go through the system or did you talk to someone over the phone? I would try to make contact with a higher up agent who made the decision and have them explain exactly why lack of posting is a reason why your account was suspended. Majority of us it seems never heard of this rule. Something isn't right.

Seller standards are the reasons why eBay will suspend your account.
Seller standards policy | eBay
No shipping, not taking care of customers, not processing returns and item not received cases properly.
