For me, the "other fees" is only my store fee.

When I look details for my "other fee" it shows promoted item and store subscription.

Could be:
Promotion Fee
Store Fee
'other type' listing fee
return shipping label fee (if a NAD was filed and item returned)

"other fee" has no explanation.
I don't have a store.
I don't do promos. Any other idea.
Could it be taxes?

Do you list items in more than one category?
There's a $0.35 fee for adding an additional category on a listing.

I'm totally in the dark about all these fees EB charges for example this is a TAX Invoice and it has fees (why would a tax invoice have fees, does EB charge fees on taxes?). And why would insertion fees be on a TAX invoice?
As I stated before, other platforms are more transparent and less complicated with the fees. It's a straight 6% or 20%. Why is EB still tacking fees on like it's 2000? Maybe it's time for EB to cut the fat and just charge us non-store owners a straight fee. Period.

In some countries, eBay is required to collect tax (usually VAT = value added tax, or GST = general sales tax) on the services they provide to some sellers (on their seller fees).
That is what that invoice would have shown, if you had been charged any tax like that. That invoice shows that you were not charged any tax on your eBay fees. I'm not aware of any state in the USA that charges tax on eBay fees, that only affects sellers from some other countries (like those in the EU).

How many keystrokes did you have on eBay? How much of eBay's oxygen did you breathe? Did you overuse this forum? eBay makes hourly changes, daily and sometimes silent, non-published addendums. They have the right to rewrite the constitution at their discretion and you sign away any of your rights when you agree to use their holy site.

It is evident that you have been deeply upset with Ebay from your posts on various threads for quite a while. However, over stating and trying to add more things unnecessarily on someone's worry list is really sad and can make things even harder for someone else. Why that is important for you to do, IDK nor do I understand. I respect that you are mad at Ebay. That happens all the time. Some with cause some without. Your not helping anyone but yourself feel a bit better.
And while you feel all these overblown things, you still are an active seller on the site?!?!?!?

As I stated before, other platforms are more transparent and less complicated with the fees. It's a straight 6% or 20%.
You asked about ONE report and made the determination that Ebay isn't transparent. You think that is a fair assessment??? There are various reports that provide info for different needs of the seller. IDK how much more simple a Simplified Fee can be. One charge for selling, in most categories it is 13.25% without a store and a 30 or 40 cent transaction fee. Very easy to anticipate what fee you will be charged on a sale.
Are there sites out there that charge less in fees, absolutely and there are those that charge more. If your primary concern is how much the site charges a seller, then you can find a site that will provide that for you. Will it have the same traffic, not likely. But if lowering your selling fees is the main goal, you can accomplish that.
Back to transparency. Have you ever viewed your Summary page for your Payment account? On the right side of that page is a detailed current list of fees charged to your account. DETAILED. And lots of other information on this page if you just look around. In the left rail on this page is also options for other information and reports to help you get the details you feel you have been missing.

Why is EB still tacking fees on like it's 2000?
I'm not sure what the year 2000 has to do with anything. Ebay has charged fees for almost 30 years. Since the day they opened. Are you of the opinion that Ebay should not be paid for the services they render to all of us? Do you think that this site just appeared one day, didn't cost anything to build and nothing to maintain?
Maybe it's time for EB to cut the fat and just charge us non-store owners a straight fee. Period.
You are charged a Simplified Fee, it is called that for a reason as I explained earlier. UNLESS you select to use OPTIONAL tools or services, then they each have a stated cost you can decide for yourself if you want to use them. You want a straight fee, then list your items using no other listing upgrade or other tool that has an additional charge. Then your fee will be the straight fee you seem to desire. You can fix your own issue here.
