account activate error

My payoneer account was already created. But my ebay account selling is still don't activate.

 I inquired about it through ebay and then they asked for payoneer account verification details. I submitted those documents exactly on 2024-05-23. But I have not received a reply from them yet. I am waiting for a reply. May I know if i can start ebay selling. I hope your feedback

This isn't eBay this is a discussion forum for eBay members. That said no one in this forum can tell you to start selling. What I can tell you is you need to link Payoneer to eBay not activate it. 
Since Payoneer isn't required for sellers in the United States I don't really know how it works but I found this information that might help you.

Ebay will let you now when you can start listing, which will probably be in a few weeks.

Have you registered as a business in Sri Lanka?

Did you remit your business license to sell? You need a business license to sell on eBay.  Once you have completed that requirement, eBay will let you know when it's time to sell.  Make sure you follow all rules and policies.  No plants or seeds can be sold on eBay.  It's grounds for a suspension.  Do not drop ship.  It is a risky and poor business platform and most do not last.  Many from Sri Lanka chose this selling platform & most were suspended.  You may want familiarize yourself with the rules and policies while you wait to be approved.   Here's a link that might be helpful:
