I'm working on quite a few listings and suddenly poof! The checkmark disappears from "Payments managed by Ebay", which is down next to "Payments" on every selling draft. No one on earth seems to be able to tell me how to get it back....and I'm worried that without that detail having the checkmark, I will have to manage credit card payments by myself??!! And taxes??!! All I was told was to continue to list items and not to worry about it. I need a trifle more help than that, and I hope you can. Thanks.

Don't worry about it. It's either a glitch or they're getting rid of it. It's redundant, b/c having payments managed by Ebay is your ONLY option, so IDK why there's even a check mark.

Well, that's a relief.......I couldn't find any other way to be paid so I sort of thought that, but sometimes Ebay is so stubborn and conflicted that trying to list something makes me want to throw the computer out the window. So from your lips (or fingers) to God's ears. Thanks for taking the time to make me feel better!

I used to have many issues trying to listing items on eBay until I found a
computer system that was more compatible with eBay's technology.

I have the same problem in 2024 and the customer support does not reply to my messages. My account is restricted too - I don't know why and until when
