This glitch dates back to 2013, I read a post where someone posted the same issue regarding no views. This is an on going issue. I have noticed it happening every day this week. Terrible I am thinking canceling my account on eBay and find a better selling platform. This no views gliche has become a serious problem for a lot of sellers . Every day I see two or three more new threads begun about it . Its very dissapointing when sellers list  new items but they can't see  how many people have shown  interest  in them  . Furthermore  I think the trouble goes deeper  than that . I have two almost identical items only 10 cents apart in price . One has 4 watchers and the other one listed two days or so later  has zero watchers and zero views . Theres something fishy going on . We need to start hearing from the big brass at e bay . We know they have the money and the means to get this fixed  so its time for them to start earning  the monthly  fee's  we pay . I wish I knew the answers  why they  haven't already ,, but I'm here to lend support . Were all in the same boat it seems.  Tulips

No views for me began about 4 to 5 days ago,, so I can sympathize  . At this point  now I think its safe to say  this gliche is having a very  negative effect on sales . We can call e bay and ask for some answers  and  I'd suggest everyone either do that or write  them at least . I've written to them twice now but come Monday morning I'll be making some phone calls until I find somebody  who  actually knows something about it. tulips

same problem here for over a week. E bay says refresh your page. I have restarted my computer and it also happens on my phone . Not being able to see how many views makes it hard to do buisness on E bay

I explained the no views gliche this morning to a seemingly surprised  e bay rep . She transfered me over to another dept . I was told they are aware of this problem  and thats its been affecting more and more  sellers  in the last week  or so . They say they are working to resolve it . The estimated time I was given  is by July 4th ,, or possibly sooner before its fixed  . Tulips

I sale things daily and items I have multiple watchers on still say zero views! It has to be a system glitch!!

I have the same issue, and my sales are way down too......i was selling 200-300.00 on a weekly basis, now i am lucky to get $50.00 a week since this issue has started.  Can someone from ebay please explain this to us?

Has anyone els eseen a decline in sales since this has begun?

I would think if ebay knows of a problem with viewing the listings they would not charge the 35 cents per listing that they are doing or at least post something to this effect. Otherwise they are taking our money for nothing.

I called today (6/28) and was told maybe July for a fix. I suggested they post a notice about things like this.

Yes, me too. Zero views showing for the past week, on things that have been relisted and had watchers and hundreds of views. Views suddenly reappeared back to normal tonight.

Yes , I mentioned in a previous thread that I believe sellers should be given a break on the sellers fees for this month . To have to put up with numerous glitches and substanderd  service    that could be having a negative  impact on sales  BUT  still being required to  pay the regular amount  as usual  seems a bit absurd . yes - non sale today of item with 4 watchers (which CAN happen) -- but -- everything has been just very slow , almost in-active it seems since this whole thing started (for me) a few days ago. I'm used to getting notifications/ questions /offers. it just seems like NOTHINGs happening with my listings. Supposed to list tomorrow and I don't think I'm going to. hope I can pay the bills.

Hi, I hear your frustration in regards to what is going on with eBay as far as listing and sourcing for new items, I am putting that on hold. I have 330 items listed and have watchers but no takers and someone once said those watchers are most likely your competition and I do believe that because if a person was interested in an item they wouldn't wait that long these watchers have been watching my items for months not days or weeks but months. Now when I am in the market to buy something I will search for that particular item and put that seller in watch if I feel the seller is giving me a better deal and continue to shop around to see who is offering me a better price. Once I established which seller is giving me savings like free shipping and the other one ain't I make my decision right there and then and remove the seller off my watch list and make my purchase the same day. I don't need weeks and days and months to make a purchase I will buy the item that same day. I understand this principle with sellers looking at other sellers items to see if they sell an item that they are selling it's a curiosity game they play. I know I do the same thing and that's where I think it becomes a problem because sellers like me thinking I have watchers on my items makes me think I will be making sales soon only to find out nothing happens. But in closing, I do think there is something going on at eBay. I haven't seen it this bad. I have been on different blog post and on downdecter.com and the comments left by other sellers is something else. If you have a chance check them out and read what is being said about these eBay glitches it's sad. And lastly, about hoping to have enough to pay your bills, I hear you on that one. I wish you all the best and that eBay can get their act together and fix this problem so we can make money to pay our bills.
