When I attempt to respond to the buyer on chrome(desktop windows 10, all updates applied) about one of my items it states "Your account is not authorized to use this feature due to your account status." Oddly, I can go down to another message and reply to it just fine. I can also reply from the app. No problems with my account that ebay has informed me of and it was only with this one message. Never had that happen before. Top rated with 6000+ feedback and very active seller.

Could be any glitch reason but as long as you are able to respond to all others then sounds like a one off glitch
Have you tried just from the Seller Hub or did you try from My eBay ---> Messages also?
Just want to make sure the message get's answered

Oddly, tried to reply to one of this buyer's other messages and get the same error. All other members I can reply to. This buyer is a brand new buyer but I had no issues with the transaction and they were messaging me to say how pleased they were and ask a couple of questions about using the item.

Thanks. I was able to reply to the message from the app on android, so yeah, must be a weird glitch...

Hi same thing is happening to me on Safari, app is fine. It happens on every message .
Ebay, please fix.
