When I attempt to respond to the buyer on chrome(desktop windows 10, all
updates applied) about one of my items it states "Your account is not
authorized to use this feature due to your account status." Oddly, I can

not the only one. Mine started Friday on the last label I printed out of
like 10. I had hoped it was fixed over the weekend, but nope. 1st label
today and I'm back to this issue
Same thing here. My workflow with the new listing tool since I started
using it was:Create listing on PC.Use "import from mobile"Get link on
phone and select photosHit OK or done whatever it is on the popup on PC
then wait for images to finish listin...
