Scheduled listings? Scheduling results in a fee. It is not part of a free promotion.

Did the offer include today, or did it end yesterday?  Did your listings meet the offer's terms for duration, caategories, etc.?

That was my immediate thought too, but OP doesn't have a store so no fee for the scheduler.

Re: Why was I not credit for free listing?

The offer spans Nov 19-Nov23. Scheduling a listing includes a fee, and is not part of a free listing promotion. I think OP assumed they could schedule the listings to start during the free listing promotion, not realizing that you can not avoid a "schedule" fee, promotion or not.

No fee for scheduling without a store? I was unaware of that. I mean, I hate this happened to the OP, but I've never seen a scheduled listing without a fee. It's an "add-on" perk to a listing.

There is no fee to use the Scheduler if you don't have a Store subscription.

You can't be sure that your offer has the same terms and dates as the OP's.
