Did the offer include today, or did it end yesterday? Did your listings meet the offer's terms for duration, caategories, etc.?

Scheduled listings? Scheduling results in a fee. It is not part of a free promotion.
That was my immediate thought too, but OP doesn't have a store so no fee for the scheduler.

There is no fee to use the Scheduler if you don't have a Store subscription.
You can't be sure that your offer has the same terms and dates as the OP's.
Fees for sellers who don't have a Store: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.html
Fees for Store subscribers: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/storefees.html
