I am no longer able to change the shipping price or return option under the individually listing. They must be selected as a group setting under a new section. The shipping price / return option isn't tied to the listing, but tied to a policy you must select.
This is unfortunate because I charge different shipping prices, and mess with the free return options as well, which is do-able with this new format but more work.
I am sure I will get used to the new format, but why isn't everyone else complaining?
It messed up quite a few listings for me and wasted a good amount of time trying to figure out what happened.

This has been going on for a few months now I think.
I have gotten used to it. The problem is I need to clean it up. I have some duplicates and none of them have been named. You can actually setup different shipping policies and name them, then just select the one you want when listing.
Once its setup, its nice. Mine works, but I have been lazy and haven't cleaned them up and made them easier to pick from. lol
But this was part of the steamlining they have been doing. Some of the changes I don't like (messaging for example) but I deal with it.

OK i will start complaining with you.

@kykri-8395 Your account was opted in to using business policies.
Business policies help me keep my sanity. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.
Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.
After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.
It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

I'm with you on the benefit of of business policies. I've been really happy with how they help me keep track of my listings (since you helped me sort out that problem I was having). I wouldn't go back.

@adamcartwright @wastingtime101
Agree 100%. It is a little wonky to set up but worth the time to do. IMHO

I don't care any more

Hi kykri-8395,
I'm with you, I don't like it at all. I only list 200-250 items, so plugging in the shipping info as I go along is no big deal for me. I have ended up with many duplicate policies and now I'm making more policies, so that I can change my handling times. And it doesn't show the estimated shipping prices, like before. And when I do attempt to consolidate, I receive a message like 'we're working on it, check back'. So I'm limited to one action at a time.
Thanks wastingtime, for letting me know I can opt out.

I just tried to research what you are talking about with my own listings. I am new and I have always had this when doing listing. For example, if I change a listing that has the same policy for several other products, a red box will appear telling me that changing that listing changes them all. under that policy. For me, it works. I don't have to click on every single item in that category to change them. I started in early February so maybe that's when this started? Maybe a solution would be to relist your products? I'm not 100 % Maybe a more seasoned seller can offer better advice.

Why?
Because it doesn't do any good.
Why waste the breath, the synovial fluid. Just to be ignored.
It's like the suggestion box next to the coffee station.
That's where we put all our used stir sticks, and sugar packets.

I started to do the business policies and I had some ridiculous number of shipping policies that were based on my existing listings, It looked like a massive job to clean it all up and decided I did not want to deal with it.

You mean complaining? The complaint topic of this thread was literally answered with a solution in message number 4.
Sometimes it does do good.
