Why has my item about 51 in the search results when it was top...... fewer words

I changed my title taking out the first class free post to 2nd class ...same number of words but in 'cheapest incl. postage) it has gone from top to about 51st  (with fewer words)...i had sold a few 100 too....so i ended the listing and lost all the 200 watchers but it is still at number 51...so instead of putting 10 items i will try 1 item and hope that when it sells it will at least be at the top of the 'newly listed'....i am business seller too.

     What was/is the item, how are you searching and how are you racking and stacking the search results?

You are in the UK.........I would suggest you post on their selling board to get the best information......this is the US board and probably would not reflect the searches you are talking about........

It is a lipstick.....i have tried promoted listings but it made no difference....best match is at the top but cheapest is still way down 'under fewer words'  which is no use....it is the cheapest on buy it now but dearer ones are selling daily as i used to.

     I switched my location to the UK so I could try to run a couple of searches but I only see 4 active listings for you at the moment and none of them are a lipstick so I can't test.

I got it sorted by promoting and changing the postage back to first class...it is 386046257493
