Why has EBAY stopped notifying me when a customer makes a purchase or pays the invoice they requested. There is not a gmail message anymore only the sale on my store page. Does this bother anyone else?

A buyer purchased an item that USPS tracked as "delivered in mailbox". He purchased the item on May 13 and it was delivered on May 18. Is there a way to remove this feedback? I haven't sold much this year, so my feedback took a hit.
