I am attempting to list a Saunders Cervical Traction Neck Device with a Carry Storage Bag & Manual.
Every time I list it tells me "This item is not permitted under the Medical Devices policy. Please do not relist."
I don't understand why it won't let me list. It looks like several sell almost daily and there are at least 62 listed. It appears that I try listing mine in the same categories that all others are listed in. I don't know what else to do. I have tried "sell one like this" and just create a listing, but still a no go!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some medical devises can only be sold by authorized/qualified sellers.
It also requires a prescription.

Help? STOP TRYING TO LIST IT. YOU WILL FIND YOUR ACCOUNT CLOSED. eBay does not take kindly to being ignored.

It requires a prescription, don't list it.
If there's an "Rx" marked anywhere on it, it requires a prescription.
"The Saunders Cervical Traction Device is designed to provide traction (stretching) to the cervical region (neck). The device requires no assembly and is ready to use out of the case. A prescription is required."

The reason you can not list it is that it does require a prescription. As others said do not keep trying to list it other wise ebay will cancel your selling account.

These messages really should be clearer. Would it kill them to type a few more characters?
"This item is not permitted because it requires a prescription. Please see Medical Devices policy."

Thanks everyone! I guess I asked the question on here because there's so many listed and so many sold. I thought I might be doing something wrong.

I used to sell ice therapy machines like Berg polar care which is nothing more than a ice pack with a little cooler and a pump which you can buy all over the place with no prescription but the last time I listed one it was removed as a "medical device"
