Feb 10, 2017 this issue is NOT fixed. New listing, item #381958649096, category Jewelry & Watches > Vintage & Antique Jewelry > Fine > Art Nouveau/Art Deco 1895-1935 > Pins, Brooches
Gallery plus will not go away and I am being charged $1 for it. Most of my new listings have the box that won't uncheck but the others are not charging a fee. NONE of them will go away.

The last time this happened and I contacted Customer Service to get these erroneous fees removed, the Customer Service Rep rep falsely noted on my account that I requested removal due to a problem on MY end, not an eBay glitch as was admitted to and confirmed by you in Wednesday Chat.
How do I get THOSE notes removed from my account, since they are blatently false and should not have been made on my account to begin with.

We never use sub-titles ever, yet eBay for some reason charged us for those, $1.50 each, so I had to call in to get the charges removed, if you see charges on your invoice other than final value fees you need to let eBay know if you did not order these services.

Apologies for any trouble here! I updated the other thread I've been engaging on but wanted to make sure everyone else was notified. Our tech teams are aware of the issue with Gallery Plus and using Sell Similar or Relisting an item. As a workaround, you can create a brand new listing which should resolve the problem. I've also added impacted users to the open report so the team will know you're experiencing the issue as well.

While notes cannot be removed, we can definitely place new notes on your account. These actually should not have any affect on you or on your ability to receive credits in the future, but go ahead and email askcommunity@eBay.com from the address on file with a link to this thread and we can ensure the correct info is documented on your account.

Hi @steves_allentown_shop - We heard back from our tech team and it seems this issue should be resolved now. Any new listings, relistings, or sell similars shouldn't be charged Gallery Plus if you unselect the option. If you are, try clearing your cache/cookies or a different browser to see if that helps. Please let us know if you continue to run into issues at that point and we can see about getting this escalated again.

Sorry to tell you but it is still happening. It happened to me numerous times last weekend and just now I was trying to update a listing by changing categories and the gallery plus box was unchecked but it still tried to charge me .70. I checked then unchecked box, cleared cookies, restarted system. Still showing the charge so I ended the listing and relisted.
