It happened to me numerous times last weekend and just now I was trying to update a listing by changing categories and the gallery plus box was unchecked but it still tried to charge me .70. I checked then unchecked box, cleared cookies, restarted system. Still showing the charge so I ended the listing and relisted.
Thanks for letting us know, @azestatefinds! I'll let our tech know it's still happening and hopefully we'll see some updates in the near future.
