My seller dashboard says I am Top Rated, and I have been since November 20, 2024 evaluation period. In the dashboard it says 13 of my 200+ listings are eligible for Top Rated benefits, yet I offer 1 day shipping and 30 day return policy on all of my listings. Can't figure out which 13 supposedly are eligible because can't click on the number 13 in the dashboard and can't figure out why only 13 and not all.
