When will I receive my form 1099-K for 2023

When will I receive my for 1099-K for 2023?     When I click on taxes in my seller hub it is telling me  "You don’t have a Form 1099-K for this tax year".     I have well over the tax reporting amount to generate a 1099-K.  I have received a 1099-K from e-bay every year for the last 23 years.

I have not as of Jan 27th.   Was told that e-bay has until Jan 31st to issue them.

I have not and the place you look for your 1099 says I won't be receiving one for 2023 as I did not meet the requirements or whatever but I met both thresholds so I'm hoping that I am still going to receive one and I'm not going to have to call to figure out what's going on. 😕 I was reassured to hear the OP say theirs also says they aren't receiving one so maybe it's okay. Should know with in a couple days here, eh?

Last year mine was released on January 21st. It is now the 29th, over a week later and still nothing. I mean, seriously, how difficult is it? Its not like they don't have all the information already from each of the individual monthly statements they sent.  I do all the auction writing, listing, packing and shipping, and pay thousands of dollars in fees to just for ebay to provide a website and server and they can't provide this information on January 2nd? What are we paying for, a bunch of people sitting in an office overseas answering phone calls, a few web developers working from home figuring out how to squeeze every dime out of their sellers, and a few fat diving into a vault of money like scrooge McDuck?

     My 1099 just showed up in my reports on 29 January although it says it was generated on the 24th.

Did you check @sparkplug_store on the right page or are you relying on an email notification? If you were not issued a 1099-K, run a transaction report and see if your gross totals meet your state or the federal minimum.

Deadline for eBay to release 1099-K forms is Jan 31st each year. They will be posted on your payments section here:
