What's wrong with my website

I have about 400 items selling on eBay and it''s all active. However, why there is only 3 items shown on the website. Evem when I clicked the more items option, it still only have 3 items.

Can someone give a help. I don't know if I have made some mistake on the listing to cause this.

Well, I'm wrong about one thing...........tho the items show up in the store when logged in as Israel, when you click into the listing, it shows "does NOT ship to Israel".........  still seems odd they would show.....

I'm kind of convinced that the problem is with the Payoneer integration.

Tyler is an ebay employee who maybe able to help or refer you to someone who can.  Won't answer til tomorrow or later.   If I were you, I'd also report it to Payoneer.......

@dhbookds I think since I have add Israel(Asia) in my shipping policy, that should be seen through the website. 

MAYBE this is the problem from payoneer

Thanks @eburtonlab   If my brain was working......I'd understand that......I guess they don't give countries that aren't in MP.......that would help solve some of the mysteries.........MAYBE

I now see 5 under View other (Israel), but the ones in the store.....checked  5/7......no longer show "does not ship to Israel".......so perhaps that will fix it.........

All I can do tonite......brain is dead......or deader than usual......  enjoyed the "play".......love mysteries..... but know it's not fun for MotorM

Hi @dhbookds - I'm not sure if this is something that your troubleshooting helped OP to resolve or if it was one of those 'oh look it's working now' moments, but I'm seeing OPs 'View Other Items' without issue (it's displaying the appropriate number of listings, etc). 

More generally, activation in payments would remove listings on eBay sites where payments are not being managed by eBay. Most sites do have their payments managed through eBay now. It was a larger issue a year or so ago. Back then, when it was just .com and Germany for example, an activated payments seller would have listings made on .co.uk removed, but could still list directly on .com with shipping to the UK and it would work like you'd expect it to. 

I'm running into a tech issue with the advanced search option, so I can't replicate OP's screenshot, but if this is still not working as expected please let me know!

I do now see all items from Motor showing up with View Other......so for whatever reason that it was only showing 5, has been corrected.  Appreciate your attention......

tyler@ebay   Yes, I've experienced a few of those " it was one of those 'oh look it's working now' moments " from time to time on Seller Hub ... I suspect that sometimes the display updates lag behind real time activities ... just an observation not a criticism ...

Motor, I'm seeing 398 listings here in the US in your store.........  have you changed your shipping to a US zip code to see them?   And when I switch to UK and Aust.........I see the same #..........so looks ok to me......

Remember you exclude China so if you are looking with a Chinese address...........nothing will show to you.......

Hang in there ... eBay will get this resolved but it may take a little time.  Sri Lanka is essentially a new market for eBay and the logistics need to be ironed out ...

Hi @akibashipping ,  when I click on "View" your items I see 38,503 items for sale.  I assume you have registered on the eBay.com (US) site with your location in Japan correct?
