What kind of a listing is this? See Price On Checkout

Here's a listing I've never seen set up like this.

If you hit Buy It Now and don't like the price, you're pretty much screwed, right.

I thought if a buyer clicked the Buy It Now button and doesn't pay then, the item would show up in your solds, awaiting payment section?

So, it doesn't show up as unpaid until the buyer reaches Pay Pal and doesn't pay, right?

Yes, there is an Add to Cart button. It is directly below the BIN.

Not on the screenshot the OP posted for the item in question.

And it doesn't show on all items in general either.
