I cannot stand any entity failing in their duties, when can eBay rise? I cannot be paying for store subscription without anything to show for it. This platform is becoming a joke. Ebay is calling for people to connect, what are we connecting for? For an emotional talk show, I guess. This Platform is parasitic, I have never benefitted anything from here. This Platform is not performing but you got the boldness to be calling for sellers to connect, y'all are comedians. Some people will soon jump out to start telling me about business strategy, thank you in advance, keep your advice to yourself if you are one of those eBay back door sellers. I want real people to comment, not jokers

Why can't eBay managers go for a strategy that can cut across every seller?
It's not eBay's job to sell your stuff. They provide the platform for YOU to sell your stuff. If your listings don't catch someones eye, that's on you. Good titles with keywords, good pictures, a fair price, and a great description will sell your items.

eBay will stop charging for the store when you end your subscription. I've done it.

That's something to think about.

Once they change their name to eBlah, only then will it be "you get what you expect." lol I've been a seller for 21 years & NEVER had a horrible year like 2022. I can count on 1 hand how many days when I had more than 3 sales in 1 day. Never seen so many days with absolutely nothing to show for it. Sorry, eBay cheerleading squad - it is not my fault nor the economy. Random limitations on how many viewers of your listings is the main factor. Meanwhile, the same people who say that is not true also admit eBay even does purposely drop your items further down the page(s). You can't argue both sides of the topic. They do that with the other factor - who sees your stuff & when. The potential buyer of your item(s) may not even see them when they do a search. Everyone seems to get different results depending on their previous searches. The eBay lovers will admit to that but argue until their faces are red that everyone can see your stuff any time. LOL!

Of course, YOU have nothing to do with it. Nothing is your responsibility. And the economy certainly has NOTHING to do with it, as it's healthy and vibrant. It's all eBay, going after poor sellers like you. Why keep selling here, then?

Will someone please tell me what an eBay handler is? Never heard that expression until now.

That's an excellent question.

This site was thrown away once the original executive suite occupants made $1 billion +. There is no following the original business model (a retail space everyone could participate in), just a desperate longing to become a high end retail site.
The people running the place are incompetent and can't decide between being an Internet dollar store or selling "authenticated" $5000 watches.

If you are paying $25 a month for a subscription that allows you 1000 listings, and you only use 100 of them, then each of your listings is costing you $2.50 a month.
EBay loves that.
But what benefit do you get?
The Store FVF is lower than the non-Store, but you are still paying $2.50 a month for each listing, instead of free.
You can add subcategories, but in your case, you basically stick with one product
Drop the Store.
When you have more listings, consider picking it up again.
If you have an annual subscription, you will pay a fee to drop it. Will that be less than the $2.50 a month you are paying for listing?

You do know we can see your sales, right?
I can only assume that you are making most of the 5-10 sales a day elsewhere, since you have had only 38 sales since June.

Applying "logic" does not often work well with this OP. See my original post - many posters tried and have offered excellent advice over time.

Why are you hiding? If I want to know who you are I will ask for it officially from eBay, stop believing you are something else when you hide, you are still you
