I've NEVER had this many return request in one month's time! Not only that, there seems to be a rash of them on the boards.
Buyer 1: Sleeves were too long. Opened a remorse return, and paid the return shipping.
Buyer 2: Claimed I said it was the wrong size. Told her to return, 1 month later, never did after reminding her I posted a pic of the tag size. Has a history of leaving negs.
Buyer 3: Claimed there was a hole. Gave a label, took her dear sweet time sending it back.
Buyer 4: Said that even though it was labeled a S, it is much bigger and she, "should have been warned it was much bigger and mislabeled." Open a SNAD case. Didn't ask any questions. I'm not a Small, and nowhere near it. How am I supposed to know? Eat a sandwhich!
Rant and semi-question over. It seems like this month was the worst for returns, a barrage of dumb questions already answered in the listing, and rude buyers.

With the loose return policy eBay has, It's a free for all for returns, Wear it now, Return it later. I have been known to cancel bids / sales when I see a history of buyer leaving red donuts, without defects. It's a shame, but this is what must be done to protect your account. I check out buyers more then buyers are checking me. Never remind a buyer about returning, Just let the time run out. I don't sell clothes, but many that do are having the same problem you are. Good Luck to you.

Not to mention, the last buyer has 20 feedback. The only 3 feedback she's ever left, ARE ALL NEGS! I'm calling tomorrow. Clearly, you're going to let some new jackhole open a SNAD against me who leaves all negs? It's a stupid $14 new designer nightgown. Give it to someone, or suck it up and wear it. GeehhhhH!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, but those doughnuts weren't there when I sold it to her. She had the gown for a week before deciding t was too big. Really? Takes these people that long? I know, it's less than $3 shipping there, and back. But that stuff adds up after a while on something she couldn't bother to ask measurements for, used, then had to throw a big hissy fit over. hopefully I can get them to cancel my return label and force her to keep it. This is rediculous. I have 683 feedback, 630 of that as a seller.

When buyer bids, I check 'em out. When buyer buys BIN, I check 'em out, In either case, When i see something like this (Buyer history of leaving all red donuts) This buyer would never receive my Item. Bid / Sale would be cancelled with buyers history (Donut King) as reason, Never had problems doing this, and have done it 3 or 4 times. eBay does not believe this, but there is such a thing as a bad buyer. Good Luck.

There has to be something said for someone that's left 100% negs. It's only 3 of them, but it's all petty nonsense. Clearly she's a grown up brat that's too dumb to gift, resell, or suck it up. It makes me mad only because I'm not punished because she can't ask a question. Pfft.

What happens when you report a buyer? Do they see what you wrote? Or is it only an ebay employee?
05-19-2017 12:39 AM
Buyer would not know you reported them, let alone what you said. Thats for eBays eyes only. Good Luck.

Is there any way that the label can be refunded, and the case closed if I can and can get the to see it is a remorse and her atrocious feedback she leaves? Or am I stuck with the return and refund? I so rarely have to deal with nonsense like this, I'm lost on the subtle nuances.

If you are selling fashion, you have to be very specific....very specific. Measure everything: length, length of sleeve, waist and bust measurements. I sell / sold Fashion (I delisted my stuff) and only had ONE return and that's a man's coat. I also mention in the description: Please measure yourself before buying. And I never ever sell overseas. Only Canada.

OP, we can't see your store. Can you link it here or give us the ID#? If it's a NEW designer nightgown, perhaps it's undervalued at $14?
I don't like to undervalue clothing, and being on Ebay, you're red meat to buyers.

This is my store ID. I don't know if you can't find the listing because it's in the resolution center now. I'll see if it shows up when I copy the URL. I only sell in the US. I said, "designer", but it's just Nautica. I make sure to do my research on what sells, and I actually sold this for the higher end of the average. I'm well aware of what selling something for too cheap can bring out of the woodwork.

I had to block a woman today pretending to be in the US asking a billion questions that were in the listing. She would pick things in sizes totally unrelated for herself (like a S, then a L), then send me her measurements, ask if it would fit, etc. It gets out of hand so quickly. As I mentioned, I've never had this much trouble.
