I can't tell you how many items I have for sale that are selling consistently by other sellers, same condition, same or higher price often. I have best offer on my items, items are clean, great pictures, etc. This complete garbage. Am I not listing often enough? How stupid that this is a determining factor of why my item will sell or not? Shouldn't it be the particular item, quality of item, listing quality not all this other search algorithm, cassini and other internet scammy stuff! I feel like im spinning my wheels on this site........

But you've been here weekly for the last 4 months complaining about your low sales and how terrible Ebay is. Hmmmm...., now it suddenly is a great place after all. OK, glad your staying. Good Luck !!!!

Looking at the number of sales you have had over the past 90 days versus the number of items you have listed - I don't see that you have anything to complain about. The problem may be with your expectations rather than eBay.

If everyone knew that, the site would be flooded with those items.
you never know what will sell, it all depends on what buyers are looking for and what they are willing to spend.

With the extra $600 a week from unemployment set to expire shortly, people are spending on bills or putting it in the bank.
Let the Talking Heads pass another $1200 per person stimulus and things might pick up a bit

Right - I haven't complained about low sales for quite some time. Wrong AGAIN. 🙂

Your prices may be too high. Picked an item at random. Putting "read" in your title of the Bose radio would normally make me ignore it immediately. Also considering its condition it is probably priced too high since there are ones with similar issues for less.

The problem with collectibles that have fairly niche appeal is that there are generally only so many buyers out there looking to buy them at any given time. Someone may have paid more to buy that thing from another seller, but now they have it and aren't in the market for one anymore, so that's one less buyer who would otherwise be looking at yours.

the new former Walmart CEO landed now in ebay looks still a lot to do with the chaos...

Seems like you have been doing well for a good bit here. There are ebbs and flows here all the time. When you get a lot of sales then your expectations go up and you want that to stay like that forever. It does not work like that here. Usually when you have a bad few weeks, the next few weeks makes up for it. Stay in the game till the end, don’t just focus on the short term.

$600 weekly windfall?
Very confusing.
$600 in lieu of pay from a job hardly seems like a windfall to me.
I think they call it unemployment. Someone that is drawing unemployment instead of the regular paycheck is far from a windfall that might give them extended buying power.

Depends on how much they earn. I know that at my pay rate of $15/hour, I was actually making MORE money from unemployment (what my city calculated for my unemployment based on my past earnings + the additional federal $600) when I was furloughed than I do at my actual job.

Basing buying decisions solely on what has sold in the recent past for other sellers can be a gamble. Ebay’s Completed Listings are a good starting point but have limited information. You may need a wider net to get better historical data. You could consider Terapeak or Worthpoint to broaden your research. (Both have fees.)
I took a look at your listings. They are good, as evidenced by your strong sales. One thing i would suggest is to include more information about items in Item Specifics and Descriptions.
Search engines pull info from these areas and might give you more exposure to better Search placement and to possibly get picked up by Google or other SEs. That can make the difference up between you and the successful sellers you have noted in your research. Below is a link to more info on Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
The only other thing i noticed was in a specific listing for your air purifier. In the description you point out that the purifier light doesn't come on, and therefore the purifier element may not be working, altho the unit itself appears to be.
Since it is an air purifying system, not being able to know if that works kind of renders the whole purpose of it null and void. I wouldn’t chance it, being concerned about the possibility of having a dissatisfied buyer.
Good luck to you moving forward. You are doing a really great job! (Below is the link i mentioned.)

You really should use promoted listings the other sellers are probably using promoted listings.

Shhhh, @sakic92710 might not like you giving those suggestions to help the OP.

I don't mind suggestions that are concise or relevant. 🙂 Telling me my price of item from a particular year is too high because someone can buy the same item, from a different manufacturer, from a different era for $200 less is not relevant.
