Hello everyone,
I have 2 orders from same customer over $3000
Is there anyway to make sure this order is legit?
Or what happens If I send the orders and Ebay decides this buyer was scammer?
Will I get any loss? or ebay will be securing my funds?

- I don't see a sale for that amount under this ID, but if eBay tells you that you have been paid for an order... ship it.
- If eBay tells you that you have a sale, then the order is legit and the funds have been secured through MP.
- There's always a chance to get scammed, and eBay doesn't 'decide' that the buyer is a scammer.
- You always risk suffering a loss. Also, you may suffer a new seller hold... although you didn't ask that.
Good luck to you.

Has the buyer paid yet? If they have you should ship it and don't forget to add insurance and a tracking number. All of your items are listed at a buy it now price. Scammers usually avoid these types of listings. One more question...did they ask you to send to a different address using paypal for payment?? Did they send a message stating "text me" at this number? Those are sure fire signs of a scammer. If not, just ship and hope it's a positive transaction for both you and the buyer. Keep in touch and let us know the outcome. Good luck.

Since the others have answered, and yes; you can get scammed by anyone. They can open and return for refund and send you a box of rocks and there is no amount of proof you can submit that will change the buyer from getting a refund.
But- forget all that...Curious why anyone would pay $239 for a plastic folding chair?

Ebay does not secure your funds. You are the one at risk, not eBay, not the buyer. Anytime you sell any item, you are at risk of losing the money, the goods, or both. The time to assess one’s risk tolerance is prior to listing the item, not after the sale when you have an obligation to ship. Only you can decide how much risk you are willing to accept. Good luck.

Absolutely, positively get Signature Confirmation by an adult. Unless you say what you are selling, it is hard to tell if you will be scammed. Some items are scam magnets. iPhones, high end graphics cards, game consoles and expensive jewelry all attract scammers. Other high priced items are bought by serious people and companies who have no time for scams.
I see the person bought several of your chairs. I think you should be fine, but you never know.

A bit off topic, but like the other poster asked, are you selling one chair for $239? I see the same item being sold at that price point for a set of 8 chairs. Did you mean to sell this in a set?

@capellahome
Short answer, NO. Just about anything on eBay can be had for free at the seller's expense though fraudulent claims.

Is it a new buyer or a buyer who has some feedback history? Although buyers can only receive positive feedback a lot of it can help calm your fears.
I've had new buyers who were terrific and a few longtime eBay members who scammed me out of a $5.99 item.
That being said, I feel that 95% of eBay buyers are decent, honest people.
As said by others, there is risk involved in selling anything online.
Buyers have 6 months to file a chargeback with their credit card company if they paid by credit card. That's a risk some sellers are unaware of.
Hopefully your sale will be fine without any issues.
Best of luck to you!

Are you drop shipping?
Why are your chairs so expensive?

Seller offers "local pickup", so it would seem not drop ship.
Chairs are sets of 4, and the buyers seem to be happy.
