The buyer paid for the item and shipping and asks not to send it to him.

So the buyer purchased item 146168648301 , asked you to send it in for repair (or repair it yourself), said he will send you money for the repair, and asked you to delay shipment until it's repaired?
You want to know what could go wrong?
Buyer could flake on paying for the repair.
Buyer could file a non-receipt claim and get a full refund since you won't have tracking confirming delivery.
Buyer could file a not as described claim if the repair does not meet their expectations.
You will get a late shipping hit on your seller performance. You'll also get a hit on your tracking uploaded on time and validated rating. Because you're shipping past your handling time, it will also affect any seller protections you may have had.
You're better off telling the buyer you'll ship as-is, as-advertised or you can cancel the order if they no longer want it. If you want to then have it repaired and relist it for the higher price the buyer can re-purchase when it's ready.

If I understand you right you are saying that the buyer bought the item that you listed as for parts or repair. Then he says he wants YOU to repair it and will reimburse you for it above and beyond what he has already paid to get the item in its current condition.
I would simply invite him to get it fixed himself after he receives it. If he does not want to do that then he is free to cancel and take his refund.
You have no recourse if you agree to get it fixed and then he never coughs up the money for the repairs. Just tell him that the item can be shipped to him as sold or else you will be happy to cancel and refund. I would suggest you encourage him to take the refund - and add that future headache to your Blocked Buyer List.

Sounds like the buyer is changing the terms of the sale, basically voiding the sale. I wouldn't do it, and tell him, as others have suggested, he sends it for repairs on his own after he receives it from you or they can cancel.

Thank you, I understand everything. The last question, how can I block the constantly spamming in the topics, useless participants of this forum, who are trying to advertise themselves with their spam?

I haven't seen any of that here. But you can report any post with the little arrow in a circle icon from the top right corner of the post if you feel it's inappropriate.
