Well know easily searchble ebay seller STILL on ebay scamming after many years

I can provide one easy link which is the users username here on ebay.. If you look this dude up he has YEARS.. many YEARS of scam history. Not just 1 or 2. Im talking 10s of thousands of dollars in scams that many have been talking about for a very long time.

 I sent ebay a report of this person..

I expect the person to be suspended..

WHY doesnt ebay CEO step in a d fix this?

Wouldnt it be really bad for ebay to see a video up on youtube about ebay allowing this scammer to continue using the platform?

eBay has almost 18 Million sellers.  It would keep the CEO pretty busy if he were to step in and fix everything that is wrong.  That's why he has people working under him, to take care of things.

Just because you send eBay a report about a seller doesn't mean they are going to suspend this person on your say-so. 

I'm curious what this person is doing that you think he has scammed thousands of dollars off of buyers.  What, specifically, is he doing?

How many negatives? Oh you mean all the comments that people have left over the years which is disappeared because of eBay's assistance with scamming people? Are you talking about those feedbacks? 

After reading quite a few of these responses I'm going to just go ahead and assume that the majority of you people are literally eBay paid employees. 

Don't worry I'll figure this out and I'll get this person removed. It's not a matter of if it's a matter of when 

At least I'm trying to do something about it so that I could try and get eBay to be a better place. I don't see none of you doing the same thing. 

By the way these aren't just my opinions. This is real legitimate stuff here. We're talking about links from Facebook links from forums links all over the internet that go back many many years. It talks about how the guy scams people and how he does it and how he gets away with it and people wonder how the hell is he still here? There have been rumors that he knows people in eBay. I don't know. But it needs to be put to a stop. EBay you see my username I sent you the link to this person's username in a private message. You need to do something about it soon...

It's not my opinion or what I think this person is doing. It's what I know this person is doing and what others know this person is doing and what has been going on for many years. This isn't just one two or three instances over a 20-year period period this is people from Facebook and other platforms this is people all over the internet. This is tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars being stolen that he has done over the years using the eBay platform. At the bare minimum if you would see a person's using name pop up on Google associated with the word scam and then see link after link after link Don't you think eBay would do something about it? 

I mean seriously for real if you were in a relationship and your boyfriend or girlfriend popped up on the internet with nothing but scams associated with him or her don't you think you would dump that person immediately? 

So all I'm saying is I have provided eBay with the username and the Google link which shows all they need in order to easily investigate it would take maybe 10 minutes maybe 30 tops to see all of these things going on with this person and then suspend the person's account indefinitely. 

Now you can go wine and complain and make jokes but this ain't no joke. Especially if you had five or $10,000 worth of items stolen from you from this person.

This is a board of sellers.....not ebay employees.  You make a statement about "someone" and expect what?   No one here supports scammers, but many of us have been around too long to blindly believe what people on the internet say......  I can tell you that at one time, groups on facebook attacked individual sellers, trying to destroy their businesses because of  jealousy/competition/fun.  

IF this guy is so bad and people have actual proof of fraud, they should be reporting to the FBI in addition to haranguing Ebay.

Just to clarify, I do not and would not believe stuff about someone that I read about on the internet.  There is so much false information out there and a lot of it is posted by someone who doesn't know what they are talking about, does it out of revenge or retaliation, and the list goes on.

I'm just curious why you are so obsessed with proving this guy is a crook.  Do you know him?  Did he do something to you?  Did you lose money in a transaction that you didn't know how to get your money back?   There are safeguards so that a buyer does not lose money on eBay; if this happened to you, that is on you, not eBay.

Its a little early for 'wine' with me, but thanks. All buyers are protected by Ebays 30day MBG,and since Ebay frowns on vigilante tactics, dont expect anything to be done to this seller with just your report. What it takes for Ebay to remove a seller permanently, is enough inr or snad cases filed against him,which gives defects to the seller. That causes the seller to be put on Ebays radar.Enough defects, and he is toast. Again, you are not speaking to Ebay here, so your threats are kind of meaningless and humorous at the same time. And there are no paid employees here either,just hard working, experienced sellers who are humoring you a bit.

Obviously you're paid employee. We all know that this sort of thing has been going on for a very long time so please stop pretending that there are no scams going on here. There have been whole entire websites that have been offering proof that eBay assist the scammers. 

I mean seriously all you got to do is literally call up eBay and tell eBay some nonsense and basically you could just go ahead and return a box of rocks in eBay is still going to give the person a refund. This is nothing new. 

This is verified stuff that happens on a daily basis thousands of times a day so please stop pretending like it doesn't happen. And please don't **bleep** me off anymore because really these kind of responses lead me to believe that eBay is forum is filled with paid actors and employees that just want to continue to make eBay look wonderful and glorious when the reality is it ain't that great.

In fact I'm literally watching a video on YouTube right now about how someone just got scammed on eBay 5 days ago out of $1,300. He goes into detail how he got scammed. So if you really want to know how people are getting scammed all you got to do is go on YouTube. Look it up. This isn't something new. Stop acting like this isn't something that's just normal. Because it seems to be rather normal. Especially when all you got to do is do a search and you can easily find how people are doing this. It seems literally like eBay is assisting these people in the scams. And concerning how the person that I am aware of, how that person is scamming? How is that relevant to you personally? Why do I need a personally tell you or give you an answer? I've sent the information to eBay. It's eBay's responsibility to take care of this. 

Furthermore if you have doubts that scamming is going on then you're definitely not the person I need to be talking to. So bye....

To think that Ebay would hire and pay ringers for the boards is hilarious. Mainly because Ebay doesnt give a rats behind about any sellers complaints. To really believe that is disingenious, and hurts your credibility.
