I have a customer that has paid for an item and I am reluctant to ship because of the address showed up. Its as follows: (I've blocked out some personal info)
TC1 C/O First name only, no last name
5501 Communications Pkwy
evtn:u2qc5xw (what's this?)
Sarasota FL 34240
The customer doesn't seem to know why it's like this. Is this strange??

Deleted Is it a FF?
Looks like an eBay authenticity guarantee program.
Certified Guaranty Company, LLC

It might be going to Certified Collectibles Group LLC if it's a card.
Seems like that address has multiple LLCs for appraisal services.
The second line info is for reference so they can process the shipment. This isn't the final destination, if it gets approved they will send to customer. If it's INAD or not authentic they will send back to you.

That makes sense. I didn't realize it has to make another stop prior to sending to the customer. So is this a free service that ebay offers? After I listed the card it said Authenticity Guarantee which I assume it was already authenticated. So is it safe to send and how much time does add for the customer to receive his goods? He seems in a hurry to get it. Thanks for your input.

It's Ebay's authenticity guarantee program. You are sending your item to an authenticator, who will then send it to your buyer. You don't have to do anything. Just use the label you were given to print.

About 8-10 business days. Authenticator takes about 2 days, then figure 3 shipping days each way.

What is an Authenticator?

If you're selling certain collectibles (e.g. cards, shoes) above a certain price point, eBay steps in to require the sold item to be shipped to them for inspection, to verify that it matches the listing, is not counterfeit, etc. If approved, it then goes on to the buyer. If rejected, it goes back to you.
