Watch List

I don't understand the watch list.  Always have 10-14 watchers.  But they don't buy.  Same items all the time.

Yes! What a wonderful idea.  Just think how that would slim down that list to almost nothing!

Some watch and hope you send them an offer for cheaper.

Watchers often don't buy.  Could be other sellers with one and want to see if it sells and for how much.

or some watch because it is easier than adding the seller to their saved seller list, because that is the only item from that seller, that they might be interested in the future.
