Was NOT notified by Ebay that I sold and item, found out through a Paypal Email.

I sold a item this morning, and did not received notification through Ebay. I just was alerted about the sale through with an email from Paypal. When I go to the item on Ebay, it reads "out of stock."  I'm a little concerned considering I have not changed any of my notifications and I'm not being prompted by Ebay to print a shipping, nor are they even allowing me to print a shipping label for this item yet. Anyone have any suggestions. TIA

Go  into your paypal account and verify that the $$ is actually there.....may be a fake pp email............but if ebay shows out of stock even tho it should still show stock, ebay is probably just running behind in showing the item as sold.....

I don't see a sale since 9/29, but that can lag.

Make sure it really came from PayPal.  Check the payment on PayPal that the status shows "complete".

The money is in my account. We are now going on on 45 minutes from the time the item sold. I can't even leave feedback for the buyer.

Frustrating.

Same issue, sold two items this morning both items dont show in "Manage all orders". I only knew about the sales because PayPal sent and email. As of now I dont even know the ebayer who bought the items. I had to log into PayPal to print shipping labels. Perhaps a server is down.

You may be getting scammed with a fake email saying you have been paid. Do NOT TRUST THAT EMAIL. GO TO PP. and see what has transpired.

I already checked Paypal and the money is in my account.  The item is showing as out of stock as well, just not officially sold through Ebay. This is not a scam, this is an Ebay issue. After 45 mins on the phone with customer service he basically said it appears to be a bug, and that the tech support team will work to resolve. He told me to print a label through Paypal or go to the post office and mail the item that way. UNBELIEVABLE!

I had a sale on Saturday night.  Ebay notification said to ship the item.  However, it is sitting in the Awaiting Payment section, not Awaiting Shipping.  There is a Print Shipping Label option - when I click that, a shipping address in the UK shows up.  We only sell international through GSP.  I get a message saying it's not paid for yet, don't ship it.

HOWEVER, the money is in my PP account.  And when I look at the PP records, it shows the Kentucky GSP address.

I'm not sure if I am obligated to ship this out within my shipping time window or not, and if I should print the label and ship it through PP or not.

Same issue here, according to eBay I have 6 items sold awaiting shipment. PayPal notified me there is one more, the transaction is legit, the money is in my account. But the item is nowhere to be found in my orders, still shows active in seller hub. I didn't receive any notification from eBay for this sale. If I click on my listing it just says "you sold this item" in the green banner, but no order details, no buyer details, nothing. I ran a search and it still comes up in the search results.

I've just called eBay, apparently some other people have reported the same issue. They said they're submitting a report, in the meantime to ship from PayPal.

Now I'll have to check PayPal constantly to see if I missed any orders.

brian@ebay  anyone aware of this, and when the issue will be solved? I suggest an announcement on Seller Hub, may sellers might miss some orders!

Just to add, since writing my last message, I now see a new sale in my PP account that is not showing on E-bay.  I got two sales at the same time this morning, one is in "Awaiting Payment", even though the payment is in my PP account - the other is not showing up at all in E-Bay!

I to got an email from PAypal of a sale. i went to my item listing for that sale and it shows 2 other variations on that listng also out of stock that I see no paypal transaction for or ebay record for. Lovely. This had best be fixed SOON!
