So I go into my account to print shipping labels for an order of 87 tokens (across three invoices, to the same buyer). It's telling me ship NOW and that it's overdue! I checked one of the listings, TEN days handling!! I made one listing and hit sell similar 87 times, so they are all the same.

I went and looked to see when he paid because I couldn't remember. He paid YESTERDAY!! How is it OVERDUE one day later with TEN days handling on my listing?

Am I going to be dinged 87 times for a late shipment?

I found another order that is "overdue" (which was paid on the 17th). I checked EVERY listing in that order, they are all saying 25-45 days to delivery, with "extended handling time", and when I look further, it says 10 days. EVERY SINGLE ONE!!

I'm rather upset that the glitch du jour is going to affect my metrics. I specifically have extended handling to avoid getting dinged. I don't really take 10 days to ship, but sometimes I take 5. I would hate an acceptance scan (or lack there of) to cause me a ding in my metrics. Also when customers think it takes a month go get their coin and they get it in a week, they are very happy. I like happy customers.

Any input on this?

Several weeks ago there were several of us Canadian sellers who were experiencing our listings showing "Same Day Shipping" even though we had extended handling times. These were reported and as of last have not seen that problem with my listings.

I just had another one. Same deal. Bought and invoiced yesterday, paid just now and says 'ship Monday" when it should say "ship Tuesday".

tha has been going all week for me,just shipped 6 packages at 2am pacific time today and that had the same stupid red message,overdue.

I also have combined invoices every day,not sure what triggers it but you know what they say............

were gonna take care of all delays due to covid 19

Yes, I've checked and I haven't had any late shipping land on my dashboard (yet) but it's disconcerting they can't even get this right.

Ebay has never been good with numbers. They are only an e-commerce business. They gots no time to deal with number learnin’.

But those alleged "protections" only apply to late delivery not late 'shipping'.

I just spoke to my regular mail carrier who is also an ebay seller and he said he's been seeing it for the last couple of weeks too.

ONLY happening on those listings where the seller sends a combined invoice.

Hi @sin-n-dex, as long as you ship within your stated handling time there will be no negative impact to your metrics. If something is recorded as late incorrectly and this has an impact on your Top Rated Seller status, we can adjust that manually.

Yeah I know you won't bother to fix it because it's not "impacted my TRS" (yet) and when it does it will be too late to do anything.

Hi @bar-29368, won't be too late, just contact Customer Service. You have up to 90 days to have an issue like this addressed from the time that the transaction occurs.

Fear not you can always spend an hour or more waiting for CS to call you back and so long you can understand them and they halfway know what they're doing it should be all fixed but if you get someone who can't figure it out or their gibberish is too terrible then you can simply hang up and call again and if that still doesn't work you can spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to get it fixed. So no worries, it's no big deal at all, many sellers love working for free and even recommend spending however long it takes calling and calling and calling again and again until the problem is fixed! They even tell you how they lovingly pack each item and drive back and forth to the post office and chit chat and all this and that, how you'd make any money is now the only problem but since that's no longer an ebay glitch it means this issue has been resolved, don't forget to give a 5-star review for the awesome job everyone else is doing handing back the problem to you!
