Redid a BIN. Ended and sold similar. Revised title etc. Then when I went to Active all my listing views were reset to 0. Guess it's not a huge deal but is this normal? Did I do something wrong. Thanks for the help.

When you do a "sell similar" you are creating a brand new listing. So of course, until someone actually looks at it, there will be zero views. Doesn't matter how many views the old listing had, they do no carry forward.

Are you saying all your other listings are set to 0 views? Because mine sure are. I've logged out and logged back in, looked at it on mobile app and desktop, and items that had multiple, even dozens or hundreds of views, are now set to 0 views. Even items that still display having multiple watchers.

Not sure if this is what you mean, but that's what I'm experiencing currently on literally all of my active listings.

I don't think that's the issue here. Same thing has happened to me and all listings are now displaying zero views. Listings that have accumulated dozens/hundreds of views are now displaying 0. Did the same thing just prior - on only one listing, ended, revised, sold similar. And now 0 views across entire store.

Impossible. Yes all of my listings just went to 0 views. It's not just you. I can still see the watchers though. Is this a recent thing going on?

It just happened to me and I came over here to see if it was happening to anyone else. Hopefully just a glitch and will return to normal. If not that's going to suck big time. My work day is done so I'll see how it all shakes out in the morning.

I just flipped over from another site and all of mine are down to 0 from earlier today. There were some that were new to listings this morning that are now totally gone. Go figure...

Came here to see if I was the only one experiencing this problem.

Same Thing Here!!, I made about 10 new listings Today, Out Of Those about 4 had views & out of those 3 had multiple views, Now I have no Views On anything!, What Is Going On??

It happened to me too. If I click on the 0, I can still see the actual traffic. I thought maybe it was because I added a custom SKU for each listing, because it was this evening that it showed up. So I deleted the SKU and the views are still 0. The SKU was based on my database numbers. Logging out and back in did nothing to fix the problem.

While I agree that sales are important, views and traffic indicate what's popular and what's not, which items are gaining views and which are struggling and time to remove from sales.

If it's not something I did but a coincidence, I sure hope the programmers are fixing what went wrong.

I have the same situation, now it is not clear which products are the best sellers, and which should be removed because they are not relevant.
but it is interesting that if you press that zero in the table, the statistics and the number of views are all saved.

Same situation, just came to see if there was something causing it and if there was something people were doing to fix it! 🙂
I kinda like seeing the views, it gives me a bit of a clue as to what's "hot" and what's not!
