It's been a while since I had to do this but can anyone tell me how to block a buyer?

Account Settings (from the dropdown menu under your name in the upper left corner>Selling Preferences>Your Buyers (blocked buyer list-edit). Then enter the ID and hit submit

Seller Hub/Shortcuts/Block bidders

When the page prefills, tick 'Manage Block Buyer List', add the user ID and submit. Good luck.
