I have an idea. Why not sell things from your native country? Im sure I'm not alone in saying I'd love seeing items from Egypt.

I'm a buyer, and not a sir.  There isn't any site that will make your descriptions for you~that is something that the seller does himself.  Keywords are important to search, especially the first four words of your title.

I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean by rank your lists.
