Here's the latest & greatest innovation by the geniuses that work for this company ... when my home page ( seller hub ) comes up .. now it says " VIEW FEEDBACK " .. so I have to click to see if I got new feedback ... more time wasting .. more clicks ... How many thousands of dollars do they get paid to come up with such brilliant moves as this ... I wonder, do you have to take a 'Stupid Test ' to get hired by this company ...

I could just imagine the scene .. what can we do today to justify our existence ? .. I know .. we will change the feedback so you have to click it to see what's up .. hey that's a great idea .... my lord it just never ends ...

Here's a suggestion .. want to do something positive that actually helps .. put some of these morons on the phones .. make them earn their pay .......

PS .. 7 non - paying bidders in less than 30 days ... that apparently is just fine

But it does help, Ebay!

It would make sense for Ebay to hide the Feedback rating of the sellers who pay the most for the new "advanced promoted listings" we are already seeing right now low or 0 feedback sellers placed on top of the search results while solid veteran sellers with tens of thousands of positive feedbacks are being pushed down in the search.

Bad sellers who pay more to play are on top, the least the venue can do is to make their bad feedback invisble-ish.

or maybe it is just another Glitch 🤔

Simply just click on the number in parenthesis next to your screen name at the top of the Overview Page and get your FB history as a buyer & seller

Your last 30 day FB and your most recent FB is shown in the box titled FEEDBACK on the Overview page.

Not too difficult in my opinion.

It comes and goes, depending on when I refresh my seller hub page. Its been happening for a while now.

I still have the feedback box on the overview page.........is that what you mean is gone for you?

It started last week & comes and goes. But it has been happening more often .. could be a glitch .. but usually when things like this start happening it means it's on it's way to being permanent .

Yes, but the point is that that's not happening, and what the OP is seeing (and I have seen occasionally myself) is that instead of your usual feedback count showing there, you get "(View feedback)" instead. I'm not seeing that all the time, but I've noticed it more than once recently.

I have a theory, or maybe an educated guess, that this is not one of their boneheaded "improvements" (where you wonder what the problem was that they think it solves), but actually a programming fallback that is intended to cover a situation where the page can't get the actual feedback number returned when it calls for it, and so instead of showing a feedback count of zero and having the Customer Service lines all light up in panic, it shows "(View feedback)" instead. I see it on my own page, but not often.

There are a couple of threads about this, apparently it went back to normal then started doing it again with the FB - a glitch we hope, but as you say Who knows?

Time will tell........ And yes I think the eBay techs could be playng around with alot more important issues than fiddling with something that worked!

Wouldn't it be nice if Ebay would address some of this stuff? Ya know, let sellers know what is going on with things like this.

Can't say I have ever witnessed this "phenomenon".

But it must be like our local weather new forecaster that made a big deal out of the appearance of the "Harvest Moon" earlier this week and telling the audience to watch for it. The next day, he said "sorry" it was cloudy all night due to the weather pattern we have been having for the last few days.

Today it is happening pretty consistently. I don't think it is a glitch. I certainly hope so .. because what possible reason would there be for someone to actually think this is another good idea.. having to add two more clicks to find out if I have new feedback .. how irritating is this ..... honestly it is so ridiculous it is sad to think about ..
