VERO Violation for using the fabric content Lycra Spandex??

Lycra is a trademarked name, spandex is the generic term for Lycra.

VERO Violation for using the fabric content Lycra Spandex??

trademark names belong to the rights holder of said trademark:

you can not use them with out permission of the trademark holder.

Do not relist it until you find out which term is a trademark..

Maybe not even then unless if has some value.. Just not worth the risk.

VERO Violation for using the fabric content Lycra Spandex??

If you want to use the brand name Lycra in your listing, then your images need to show that the item is genuinely made from Lycra, such as a label or tag.  Or maybe just go with the generic term, spandex.

VERO Violation for using the fabric content Lycra Spandex??

Brand names for spandex include Lycra (made by the Lycra Company, previously a division of DuPont Textiles and Interiors, now an independent subsidiary of Shandong Ruyi Technology Group).

Words Lycra therefore can only be used if filament was supplied by above named company and you should show a photograph of Lycra Hang tag. These hang tags are supplied when filament is purchased from authorised seller.

If filament was not supplied by the above named company or their subsidiary then you can not use their registered brand name and you must use the word " Elastane" as there is no VERO on this word.

If fabric content shows the word " Lycra" and no official Lycra hang tag then in my experience manufacturer has made a mistake and fabric content label should be changed and this can be done by using a gummed label where word Lycra has been replaced with elastane and you can just stick this over the fabric composition part of the label that is already sewn into the item and to best of my knowledge this means item you are selling is legal and no violation. Word Lycra must not be mentioned anywhere on your listing.
