There is no If about it you are running a business!
In any event, all sellers will be switched to Managed Payments, there is no avoiding it for ANYONE!

Business or "Hobby" you must switch to Managed Payments or not be paid and not be able to list anymore.

Managed payments has been around for 3 years you have to join regardless if business or not it if you want to keep selling here.
