Updates are happening to some item specifics and category structures

We announced in our most recent Seller Update that we’ve revised some categories and item specifics to help make your listings easier to find on eBay and by external search engines. 

Starting today, you’ll see updates to the following categories:

Business & Industrial (Sinks)

Collectibles & Toys 

Electronics (Cameras)

Health & Beauty (Covid tests)

Home & Garden

Parts & Accessories (Wheels & Tires)

Sporting Goods (Golf & Cycling)

Watches

During this transition, your listing experience could be temporarily impacted, as well as the visibility of your listings.  You may notice some item specifics changing names, listings moved to different categories, or some listings temporarily not appearing in searches. 

Any affected listings should return to normal within a week, though some effects to listings’ visibility in searches may continue for up to three weeks. 

Once these changes are complete, we recommend checking your listings in the above categories to see if any were affected.  Learn more about category changes → please scroll down the page to see the links for the specific category changes.

We understand these updates will take extra time and may cause some frustration, but our goal is to help you increase your listings’ visibility and sales.

Please add me to the list as well, I have been trying to see what I can do to get my eBay store

selling again. It’s almost as if it’s been switched off suddenly. I am listing, sending offers, relisting, and running sales yet it’s just crickets over there.

No sales here either. For the last week it is like we are ghosted. Any items in my sold are just items I ended to relist. It's really bad.

Velvet@ebay! Sales have stalled.  Same as everyone else.  Can’t be a seller issue when it’s all of us.

I have´nt sold anything decent in  months. may sales started declining about 8 months ago which each day that goes by my store is a Ghost house. eBay removed my Power seller Gold seal, because I didnt sell 100 items. I am doomed. Please help, @Anonymous

I see 67 solds this month.........203 in last 90 days...........average of about 70..........how many were you expecting to sell?

I see about 88 solds so far this month.......last 90 days 336, average of 112.........do you call this a stall?

how can they be shown as solds, if you ended them?    I see about 30 in solds since 6/16...

dhbookds   if you end listings that had multiple quantities with previous sales they show as sold when you end them...

Add my name to the list. Just listed my first listing on Mecari. I have 84 listings in ebay and have made 7 sales the entire month. January-May I averaged 25 sales a month .

My sales have had a dramatic drop in the last month.  I am down 70% from this time last year.  What the heck is going on?!

I've been selling since 2009 on ebay, a top rated seller, and never ever had experienced such bad time selling here! Sales, bids, offers, views, messages traffic - all is completely gone! Even though I place more and more new listings:(  

Please do something. Very very frustrated. 😞
