Unsold items

Is there a way to keep an unsold listing available for relisting for longer than a couple of months?

Re: Unsold items

You have to relist it and then  delist it again.

Re: Unsold items

You could possibly change the unsold listing to a draft. Not sure how long a draft lasts

Re: Unsold items

You can save drafts of your listings to finish later. You'll find your drafts on the Drafts - opens in new window or tab page in My eBay, or on the Manage drafts - opens in new window or tab page in Seller Hub. You can save up to 250 drafts through the quick listing tool on eBay.com and the eBay mobile app, and up to 5,000 through the single and bulk business listing tools in Seller Hub. Drafts expire after 75 days

Re: Unsold items

With this advice, I was thinking of items you want to remove for a while with the option to relist later. These removed items are only in "Unsold" for a couple of months. For instancez if you want to remove Christmas items for a few months. You would take them down and they would remain in Unsold for 2 months. If you want to keep them stashed there longer, you would need to relist and delete again. They are only truly deleted if you "Delete" them from Unsold, or wait 2 months.

Re: Unsold items

Here's what I do. When they're in unsold, and approaching the deletion date,

1. Click on "sell similar," then at the bottom, click "save for later." This will save a copy in your Drafts.

2. Every week or two, I check Drafts to see any that are getting close to the deletion date.

3. For those about to expire, open them up, again click on "save for later" and they move to the top of your Drafts and are good for another 2 months.

Re: Unsold items

I would just sell similar then immediately delist. I think that gains you 90 more days in unsold.
