Yesterday and today I have been trying to update the listings for my Promoted Listings "Bulk Campaign" with a new campaign file. The upload process goes through, and it is able to parse my listings, but when I go to update I get this error:
Oops, we ran into a problem. Please try again later.
Is anyone else having this problem. Unfortunately I already know this subject is way over the heads of customer support so I haven't bothered trying them. It would take about 20 minutes just to get them to understand what I'm talking about, unfortunately... lol
