Hello, I'm trying to use the template that eBay provides in order to bulk post listings using an excel file. When I upload the file, it shows that it was successful and posts the listing. However, the Schedule Time is not working correctly. For some reason, the date that I set will work, but not the time. The time always stays at 11am.
For instance, I'll set the date and time for Schedule Time: 2025-12-15 14:30:00. Then when I look at the listing, the date & time shows as: 2025-12-15 11:00 AM, when it should be 2025-12-15 2:30 PM.
I have the date / time cell formatted as text, and the title is formatted as general. The date and time in the cell is exactly: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
I tried putting a ' in front of the date & time so it wouldn't format automatically. Tried putting T in between the date and time. Tried adding .000Z at the end. Nothing works.
What could be causing this?? Someone please help I've been trying to figure this out for hours.

I notice that the date showing as the Start time in your sample above is wrong, too: you scheduled December 15 but the resulting Listing Info is showing December 14 instead.
I am not an expert at this, so I'll defer to anyone who is, but one thing you mentioned was that you had the Date/Time cell defined as text, which seems a little off to me, since any code reading that cell would need to parse the characters and turn them into an actual Start Time. Is there any better format to specify for that cell, so that a date and time placed in it can be immediately read in as such?
There are instructions on the first sheet of the template. They include a link to this guide for using the template:

According to the guide, if you want to schedule the exact starting time for each listing/line item in the template (rather than letting the Smart Header do it automatically) then you need to format the entire column "Schedule time" as Text before entering the date and time info, not just the cells in the lines with listing info. (The whole template appears to have format = General when you download it.)
Note that it also says the time zone is GMT so you may have to convert to that to get it to start at the right time in your time zone. You may need to play around with that. I don't know if the time zone might be different on different eBay websites.
